Materials:
The Main Entrance Door is constructed by 6 x 2'' jamb, 6 x 2'' door style and 5/8'' x 5/8'' scrollwork. You may rest assure that the materials we used will make sure the metal entrance doors are strong and durable to stand the test of time. To conserve energy and eliminate wind drafts, the iron door is sealed with weather stripping, and the entire door is injected with polyurethane insulation. As well, the doors will be given hot-zinc spray, paint baking and wooden box packing. The hot-zinc spray steel will provides the maximum in strength and corrosion protection available.

 

Opening:
All the metal entrance doors are probably to make inward or outward, swing in or swing out. As well, the lockset holes will be drilled on the right hand side or the left hand side.

 

Glass panel:
The glass panel in our products, unless otherwise noted, are 5/8insulated dual-pane energy conservation. All glass is tempered for safety and building code compliance.
Clear glass will allow maximum light with minimal distraction from the iron scroll work. And it is standard on every purchase unless otherwise noted.
Low-E Clear glass is available for a better energy conservation.
Textured glass such as Glacier, Rain and Frosted glass prevents visitors from seeing through the glass for your privacy, but the amount of light going through will be considerably less.
Low-E Clear glass, textured glass and impact glass are available for an additional charge.

 

Hardware:
To support the heavy iron doors, we will assemble the ball bearing hinges for holding the door panel and jamb. As well, the lock hole will be prepared, flush bolt and glass latches will be assembled.

If customer required, our doors will be installed the handles and locksets with extra charge.
