Working Principle:
The high frequency power heats the glue , only takes about 13-20seconds , after glue dry , the frame will be joint together .
No need to use staple gun and improved subsequent procedures, glue will be solidfied fast under the pressurized state , high glueing strength .
Working Process :
First Step: Spread glue on the wood strips of picture frame
Second Step: Put the wood frame on the machine to assemble it under the pressure and HF heating.
It will be automatical working by PLC and touch screen controlling .
