2.The product:

  

JH-T25C +HL410 is the semi-automatic tyre changer with advanced configure. Swing horizontal arm, equipped with assistant inflating device and helper HL410, make the operation time saving, safe and easy. It is specially suitable for wide, low-profile ,stiff and tubeless tyres. The quality is reliable, suitable for large tyre repair shop.

 

 

3.FEATURES:

 

 1. Hexangular shaft used S41mm steel, not easy to distort, ensure the operation of low-profile and stiff tyre more safety.

2. The turntable, use δ15mm steel, the surface of the turntable is chromeplated, wearable and antisepticised.

3. The mounting head, used alloy material, ensure the intensity.

4. This machine equipped with the protection cover for the mounting head, clamps, lever and bead breaker shoe, to avoid the damage for the aluminum alloy rim.

5. The range for the clamping is large, suitable for the middle and small truck tyres and car tyres.

6. The inflating system adopt gauge box, equipped with rubber inflating hose, ensure long working time and safety operation.

7. This machine with “C” configure, “C” means tubeless tyre inflating device, make the edge of the tubeless tyre connect tightly with the rim, avoid the leakage when inflating.

8. This model can upgrade, the advanced helper HL410 with rail-style slideway is optional according to customer’s demand, the roller on this helper is adjustable, or AL410+AR410+WL65 (double luxury helper and tyre lifting device)is optional, can make the operation easy.

9. Air tank is located in the vertical arm, round vertical arm can instead of the outside air tank, save the working area, effectively use the space.

10. The wearable steel plate on the turntable can reduce the wear for the turntable during the clamping, prolong the working time for the turntable.

11. The pneumatic bead breaker shoe have two positions, easy for the extra wide tyre.

12. The rotatable bead breaker shoe, suitable for different tyres, with different diamater and different center high.
