The light source is constituted by power control box and lamp hourse. Power supply is 220V. When using, first, insert the power supply plug of control box into the outlet, then connect the power outlet into single-phase 220v circuit.

Boot-strap
 
 
(1)Close the external circuit breaker .
(2) Close the master switch,at this point ,power light on power box is on and fan starts .
 
(3)Turn on UV light switch .About 3mins later ,UV light will reach best condition (UV strongest),then it can make UV light source shine on the goods surface .
 
Power off
 
(1)turn off UV lamp switch,now UV light will be off.
(2)when the temperature in UV lamp case reduces (about below 50degree),turn off the main switch.
(3)turn off power cell.
 
 
Matters needing attention
 
The power is portable design , UV tubes outside in installation,pay attention to the following points
(1) As ultraviolet radiation is harmful to human being irradiating to eyes and skins directly is prohibited to avoid burn
(2) Lamp case should put in proper place when out use to protect the tubes from hitting by stiff goods
(3) Protect lamp light from hitting by stiff goods when lam case in use Then the light case is in high temperature, we should defend burn.
(4) When the power in use, turning on the power control shell is prohibited to defend electric shock.
(5) When induced draft fan do not move ,do not turn on the switch to prevent tubes and other parts from over heat ..
(6) Do not use UV lamp in exploding area.
 
(7) If need to change UV light source using position ,turn off the UV light and power then turn on according to priority in the new position .
