     MSG Industrial Cell-mass is the proteinic by-product derived from MSG fermentation process. As SCP(single cell protein)

 

product, MSG Industrial Cell-mass has high protein content up to 65% and good amino acid profile, particularly essential amino

 

acids (e.g. Lysine, Threonine). It also contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients in fermented bacterial biomass and substrate

 

residues. Meanwhile, it has good palatability owing to high level of glutamic acid and mild fermented flavour.

   

    MSG Industrial Cell-mass is a good protein source and substitute of animal sourced protein (e.g. fish meal, pork meal, etc.) in

 

pourtry, livestocks, and aquafeed industries.
