1. How should I process the order?
Please send us email providing detail information as much as possible, such as size, quantity, material, package, etc, if customized design, provide us the design art-work as well.
2. What your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 5000bags(100000pcs)/design. But we accept lower quantity for your tria order. Please feel free to tell us how many bags you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hope you can place large orders after checking quality of our products.
3. Can I get samples?
Yes. We can send you free samples with freight collect.
4. Can you make sample for custom design?
Yes. We can. But there is a sample charge. This charge will be refunded according to your quantity after order confirmed, if your order quantity meets MOQ100, 000pcs/design.
5. How long is the sample lead time?
It takes about 7-15 working days to make samples.
6. How long is the production time?
It takes about 25-30 working days, also depend on your quantity.
