Usage Notice:

1 usage requirements: The instruments do not need installation or adjustment.

The instrument should avoid external electromagnetic interference

The external power supply of the equipment must have a good protection grounding system.

 

2 Preparation before usage

Plug the power cord AC220V power outlet into the socket

Connect the probe and the instrument output socket with connecting cable, and to ensure tight contact

Switch on the power and the LCD screen display will show the following initial value, indicating that the equipment is normal. The user can start treatment process.

Press the power switch, LCD screen starts to display the initial value, and the doctor may adjust setting according to the patient's specific conditions.

Treatment temperature can be set within range of 38 °C ~ 47 °C. The temperature can adjusted by Temperature Key

 

Vibration can be adjusted at three levels: 0 (stop); Ⅰ (slow vibration); Ⅱ (fast vibration); "0" "Ⅰ" "Ⅱ" through Vibration key settings.

Functions such as vibration and thermotherapy of the instrument can be applied simultaneously or separately. When vibration is not required, the vibration level should be set at "0". When thermotherapy is not required, the temperature should be set at 38 °C.

Temperature is usually set at round 42 ~ 43 °C, vibration is usually set at "Ⅰ" level and the default light setting is "On".

Adjust the time button to set the treatment time when all other settings have been finished.Time setting increases/decreases at 1 min every time pressing the button. Treatment time setting range is 20 ~ 80 min, usually it is set between 30 min ~ 40min)

Place static magnetic sheet between the umbilicus and symphysis pubis (as illustrated below) , the sheet should be fastened with bandage for medical use. The patient lies down on his side. Disinfect the area around anus with 75 percent medical alcohol using cotton balls, and then put a condom on the treatment probe and insert the probe into the rectum at the depth of about 6 ~ 8cm.

 

 

 

Press "Start/Stop" button, the apparatus starts to work, and then time countdowns to zero at the end of treatment.

When the temperature settings and/or vibration settings need to be adjusted during the process of treatment, please press "Start / Stop" button first to stop the treatment, change the settings, and then press "Start / Stop" button to continue treatment.

Press "Reset" button at the end of treatment and the screen shows the initial setting. Then switch off the power.

 

Remove the treatment probe, remove the condom (condoms for one-time use only), and then remove static sheet.

Treatment lasts about 30 to 40 minutes each time. 10 times as a course of treatment, patients with prostate disease generally need 1 to 3 courses of treatment. Courses need to be increased appropriately to achieve the clinical effectiveness according to the disease severity.
