Usage:  Multifunction Fabric Inspecting and Winding with Cutting Machine  is specially designed for inspecting various fabrics such as cotton,knitted fabrics,tricot,woven and so on.With dual function of inspecting fabrics from roll to roll or roll to piles.

 

 

 

 

 

Characteristics

1.  Multifunction Fabric Inspecting and Plaiting Machine  which could inspect fabrics from roll to roll and from roll to plaited pile.

2.Auto edge-aligning system consists of edge sensor and hydraulic station has been adopted to promote the efficiency on inspection.

3.Sprial expanding rollers will be adopted according to different fabrics to spread fabrics without any curled edge.

4.Fabric tension is adjustable by the speed difference between main motors managed by inverters.

5.All the speed adjustment,tension controlling and other controls are available on the control panel which offers an easy operation.

6.All the feeding rollers and winding roller are driven by imported gear motors.

7.Digital Length counter makes accurate fabric length.
