Structure briefly introduction
1. Bin-direction Hydraulic Pressure Concrete Machine consists of the host, feeding device, product delivery device, hydraulic station and electric control box, electronic work station.
2. Host machine, the main body, is composed of upper and lower beam four columns frame structure. With rapid cylinders, pressure on the head, the main oil cylinder pressure falling fast, until the contact inside the frame and preloading raw materials.
3. When pressed to pressure over the sequence valve setting pressure, liquid valve closed, high and low pressure pump at the same time, the main oil cylinder pressure oil supply, medium speed, when reaching the highest pressure of low pressure pump set, switch to a high-pressure pump for main and side pressure oil cylinder oil for high pressure slow down at the same time.
