 Dissolving Tank,also known as Deployment tank/Mixing tank, has the characteristics of energy saving, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, simple structure and is easy to clean. It is mainly used for dairy, sugar and other elements mixing with all kinds of drugs to stir homogeneously. And now it has been the indispensable equipment in the dairy products, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories.

    The cylinder, cover, impeller, feeding inlet and discharging port of the deployment tank all made of imported stainless acid-proof steel 1Cr 1 8Ni9Ti, according to GB741-80 technical conditional. The inner side is mirror-polished. There is an agitator to a stirring effect.

    Body Material:

   a). Stainless steel inner pot(SUS304/SUS316L), carbon steel outer pot (Q235-B) treated with anti-rust paint

    b). the whole machine is made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L)

1. The insulation material is polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature-resistant and anti-aging.

2. The interface adopts international standard ISO fast loading camp, inner pot uses imported stainless steel SUS304 or SUS306L, and is mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4m, outer surface adopts matte, mirror, blasting, or cold-rolled matte.

3. The seal head adopt imported sanitary mechanical agitation seal or magnetic seal agitating device, stirring speed are optional.

4. The pipe mouth is equipped with liquid level gauge (static pressure type, capacitive, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air-breathing mouth, thermometer( digital display type or dial type),CIP cleaning mouth, mirror, explosion-proof sight (integration of mirror and light), SIP sterilization mouth, liquid inlet and outlet and sanitary manhole etc.

1.     The nominal capacity and size in the chart is standard configuration. Any specific requirements, please point out.

2. The jacket working pressure≤ 0.09Mpa, also can be made according to customers' requirements.

3. The process parameters that need provided when choosing the deployment tank: the nature of material, working pressure, temperature, specific requirements, etc.
