 Maize peeling and degerming  machine

This machine is designed to peel and polish the corn.

 it is mainly used in maize milling plant to increase the maize flour quality . 

Process flow:

corn be feed into the hopper and be boosted by the steel roller inside of the machine. Friction 

between the corn and corn , corn with the steel roller and corn with the screen pieces occur . Thus, 

Bran and germ removing achieved . There is a bran removal blower at the outlet and it can collects the bran and germs.
