Q1: When can I get the quotation?

A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urget to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q2: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. You can use your own express account or prepaid us if you do not have an account.

Q3:How long can i expect to get the sample?

A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 15 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.

Q4: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 8-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q5: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Regular 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
