Introduction

DPH260H High Speed Roller Type Blister Packing Machine (National Invention Patent No.: ZL 201010213970.1) is a special equipment which as blister type alu/pvc composite sealing packing for drugs( tablets, capsules), food, medical instrument and similar products. Due to adopt positive pressure forming, flat heat sealing, it has crisp blister, flat and level strip, etc.

DPH260H High Speed Roller Type Blister Packing Machine is the new generation product elaborately researched and developed by our company. Its maximum cutting frequency can be 200 times per minute, 4 times faster than ordinary blister packing machine. It combines the advantages of flat type and roller type blister packaging machine, and adopts special feeder for irregular tablet, with high cutting frequency, low energy consumption, accurate action, stable and easy to change mold, high yield, and the stagger blister no horizontal waste edge cutting, highly improves the production efficiency. The machine design is more reasonable, it adopts automatic control technology which integrate frequency control and machine, electricity, light, air, and creative design strictly according to pharmaceutical industry GMP standard. Machine has the functions of fission station structure, modularization of working stations. Connect device

1.Machine alarm and stop automatically while PVC is out and crack, and equip with e-stop safety device, improve the safety of workers when debugging and replacing moulds.

Feeder

1.The feeder has adjustable nuts and alignment blister to move left and right, which is easier and faster.

2.All components and hopper contacted with medicine adopt stainless steel and innocuity material accordance with “GMP” request.

 Conveyor belt

1.Modular rail, mold replacement fast, ,easy to maintain and clean,no material left.

2.The mould adopts positioning pin with precision, and press-plate clamping, easy in assemble and unassemble. 

HMI and camera detection

1.The emergency stop safety device improves the safety of operators in debugging and mold changing.

2.The touch screen can prevent dust from entering, the appearance is beautiful, the swing arm can rotate 180 degrees, the touch screen cover can rotate 270 degrees, the position is more flexible.

3.The machine has the functions of detection & rejection, photo-cell registration (rimless cutting without this function)

Sealing station

 1.The bearings at the forming station, the hot sealing station, the forming station and the punching station are all made of Japan seiko NSK bearings, which have a long service life and can withstand the axial and radial loads under high-speed operation and operate smoothly. 

2.Batch number in the use of CAM drive, so that the print more clear.The punch is driven by eccentric shaft;Oil pump automatically lubricate eccentric shaft, CAM and copper sleeve, reduce noise and reduce mechanical wear.

1. Imported solenoid valve is adopted, which has long service life and sensitive control of gas path, so that the formed blister is uniform and straight.

Electrical cabinets
