Measurement Mode
1.Measure the outer diameter or length of an object with the two long jaws. By clamping the object between the two parallel sides of the long jaws and fixing it in place.
2.Measure the inside diameter of objects with the two short jaws. Put the two short jaws inside the subject roll the thumb roller to against the subjects inner diameter.
3.Measure the depth of objects with the long probe on the end of the caliper. Put the probe into the objects inner part and roll the thumb roller to measure it’s depth.
4.Measure the step with the two short jaws. Set the caliper vertically on the surface roller the thumb roller until the upper short jaws’ lower section is parallel to the step.
