Tower type New Barley Malt Technology for malt producers and beer brewery

 

Malt production line is consist of row material(barley or grain) reception, storage(straight silo or flat silo), screening, temporary storage, steep, germination,drying, unloading temporary 

storage, grubbing, screening package and storage etc. 

Moderm malt production line can be divided into LAUSMANN malt making, saladin box type malt making,tower type malt making , each has relative merits. LAUSMANN technology has been eliminated in China;saladin box type germination technology, the equipment is simple, but more transmission equipment, logistics complex, it is not suitable for large scale production. Tower type malt making is advanced, suitable for various production, high degree of automation, nice environment of technology control, when it is a whole tower, small covered area, material transmission simple, but the building cost is very high. Half to-wer type will save certain building cost. Nowmany production line made in our company are adopted tower type round box plane arrangement, workshop layout compact, material transfer simple, germiation box and drying box are always on first floor or second floor, building cost is lower. And it features high degree of automation, nice environment of technology control.

1. Production structure is compact: The user only needs to provide the standard factory in accordance with the requirements of the process, without other construction sites.
2. Short On-site installation time: The production line will be tested very well before shipping; equipment arrived at the scene just need to be partly assembled and welded.
