Iron-chromium-aluminum spiral shape electric heating wire for resistance heaters are available as wire, strip, welded and seamless tubes; All these product forms are available from stock for fast deliveries. The high aluminum content, in combination with the high chromium content causes the scaling temperature to increase up to 1425 C (2600F ).

 

Electric heating wire FeCrAl alloys are widely used in industrial electrical furnace, electrical oven, home applicance, electrical heator, infrared settings, etc.

Max continuous working temperature: 1250 C.
Melting Temperature: 1500 C
