Main Features

2) Powerful pumping section has the features of high pumping speed and with Siemens PLC control systems.
3) With 3 or 4 ABB brand high quality special frequency-conversion motors and Japanese precise vector drivers or servo drivers to achieve stable running and high winding speed.
4) With an excellent digital tension control system, so it has the features of loseproof in roll and anti-stall, also it has all kinds of function on automatic correction. It has an automatic adjustment on rewind taper tension and rapid response.
5) With a large power heating source to make a high metallization efficiency and good uniformity coating.
6) Both adjustment of centralization and separation on wire-feeding speed are available.
7) Evaporation mechanism is moveable from the rear of chamber and more easier to clean also maintenance.It's better to decrease leakage and improve vacuum condition so that increase more production.
