Maleic Anhydride Grafted PE (PG30) Introduction

Property::

This product is Maleic Anhydride grafted LDOE, appearance is white grains, graft degree is 0.6-10.%, melting point is(190°C,2.16Kg):3-5g/10mim.

 

Application:

1,  AS the sufurce modifier for glass fiber and mineral filled polyethylene, polyethylene grafting maleic anhydride endowed polyolefin with polarity and adhesive, just a few (5%) of maleic anhydride graft polyethylene, can greatly improve adhesiveness of polyethylene with fiberglass, talc, mica and other inorganic filler, tensile strength, bending strength, impact strength of modified polyethylene can obviously improved

2,  As the compatibilizer of polyethylene and resin alloy contains polarity group, the compatibilizer of PA/PE alloy, improved processing property and impact resistance, reduced the water absorptivity, enhance the size stability.

3,  As the polyolefin Blends cable and Halogen-free flame-retardant cable series, can improve the mechanical properties

4,Apply for polyethylene powder coating,can greatly improve the adhesive strength of coating to metal; and can make good chemiacal adhezive of thermoplastic poeder to metal surface.
