Description:

Low alloy for flux cored wire

  • Exceptional mechanical properties.
  • Superior low temperature notch toughness and CTOD values.
  • Outstanding weldability, low spatter and good bead appearance.
  • Suitable for replacing E8018-C3 stick electrode and for welding A588 weathering steel where colour match is required.
  • Manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Diffusible hydrogen conforms to relevant approval agency designations.
  • The manufacture and quality conforms to Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS).

Packing:

  • All spools of wire are level layer wound on plastic spool.
  • The spools are then vacuum-packed with silica gel in moisture proof, foil-poly bags.
  • The spools of wire are boxed and securely stacked on wooden pallets with shrink-wrap plastic.

TYPICAL APPLICATION
  • Weathering steel
  • Chemical Industries
  • Off-shore industries
