1. It is very durable because of the ribbed structure. The board surface is 12mm thick. Along the width of 500mm, there integrated are 8 ribbs who are 10~12mm thick and 43mm high, reinforce the surface panel. So the rigidness and strength is very high. They are very durable and reusable 40 times and even much more.
2. Thanks to the ribbs integrated on the formwork board, a lot of stringer, which must be necessary if you use plain boards which have no ribs as reinforcements, are saved. 6. The boards have tongue and groove joint, and equipped with clamps, hence the boards can be assembled very easy and very fast.
7. Due to the structure of the tongue and groove , the external (male) corner formwork is unnecessary. We have internal (female) corner which is made of same material and same process.
8. After the fromwork were used or can not used due to damage, all the panels can be returned to our factory . And we shall give you, free of charge, our 1 new panels to replace your 3 old or damaged panels .
