Description

Main characteristics:

This machine uses newest technology for making 4-side sealing single piece wet tissues. It is fully automatic model with high production capacity & user friendly. One time makes 2 rows at each two bags, total 4 bags (two units together by perforated line for separating). Surface of the machine is built by 304# stainless steel. Machine is developed with our own patent PLC Human-machine interface communication program, HMI LCD touch screen for user friendly. Machine is equipped with dual operation system for control of touch screen and bottom press operation. Machine adopts the premium pump for alcohol liquid pumping & spraying at very precise & accurate quantity at the exact same amount for each unit. As option, machine can add on date or lot printing device for maximum three rows of figures, like production date, production lot, and expired date, etc.

Production process:

Raw material feeding →nonwoven vertical folding→ length cutting → liquid spraying → bag forming →bag sealing & cutting → product output.
