We have two adhesive formulations, which can suit different application: 

 

Acrylic PTFE Tape - highly persistent adhesion at room temperature; able to withstand intermittent temperatures between -100° - 275°F(-73°C - 135°C).

 

Silicone PTFE Tape - adheres readily to heated surfaces, repositionable without residue and is able to tolerate constant ambient temperatures from -100°-500°F(-73°C - 260°C).

 

 

TIANTA ®  PTFE Coated Adhesive Tape

 

The heat resistance and non-stick characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene( also known as PTFE ), are combined with the strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass in PTFE coated tape, our PTFE tape is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and is LFGB compliant for using in food processing, packaging and handling. Our tapes are made from woven fiberglass cloth that has been coated with PTFE. This combination of materials delivers excellent dimensional stability, tensile strength, durability, and extremely low elongation(<1%).
