3. Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days. Contact us first for return authorization before you ship back the package. Additionally, the product must be in its original condition: including box, packaging, and all other accessories. No refund will be made for damaged parts. If we send the wrong item, we will take care of everything for exchange. If buyer places the wrong order, we accept exchange or refund money on item with 15% restocking fee and shipping is nonrefundable.
