1. Q: as a new customer, I want to know the payment terms between us. 
Normally the following 2 terms of payment are acceptable:
1) 30% deposit by T/T, and balance again copy of shipping docs.
2) For small order, 100% T/T in advance.
3) L/C at sight is accepted for orders at amount of more than USD10, 000.00
4) Sample charge: Small qty sample is free,  our clients just need to bear the express( courier) fee( charge). you can pay through westernunion or moneygram if you have no FedEx, DHL,TNT account. 

2. Q: How can I get the samples? 
Exist samples are free of charge. OEM samples needs sample charge. Air freight should be paid by customer.

3. Q: How long is the delivery time? 
Vary from 15 days to 35 days depending on the styles and quantity of products ordered.

6. Q: How many styles of packing?
A: Pleat wrapped round soap-normally 25pcs in a shrink wrapped and then 300-600pcs per carton.
Take 20g for examples: 25pcs in a shrink wrapped, 500pcs/ctn, carton size: 35X20X25cm, 11/10kg
B: Flow wrapped soap--normally 100pcs in an inner polybag, and then 300-600pcs per carton.
Take 20g for examples: 100pcs/bag, 400pcs/ctn, carton size: 33X25X24cm, 9/8kg

7. Q: Please send me your pricelist with pictures?
We will not send our price to customer until we get below information about the products that customer needs.
