Product Description
1- The concrete product produced by HQJ machine can also be used as roof of houses with the materials of cement, sand and aggregate.
2- HQJ panel machine is a movable producing panel machine which need platform to move during producing.
3- Thin steel wire is put inside the panel in advance before producing. And this process is easy, not using tensile machine.
4-The machine is applied to the high tech. Extrusion technique can make the panels more density and surface much smoother.

Machine features
The concrete product produced by HQJ machine can also be used as Interior walls, Exterior wall or Boundary wall with the materials of cement, fly ash and slag.
HQJ Lightweight Panel Machine, which has got the national patent in Haitian Company can produce lightweight wall board with good quality. The molding rule is extrusion strength inside the machine.
The lightweight panels can be put pre-stressed steels on both the up and below sides. And the steel diameter can reach to 6mm, in order to enhance the strength of the panels.
The mixing knife and other spare parts which are easy to be broken are protected by alufer. Long service life has been appreciated by lots of our loyal clients. The entire machine uses the anticorrosion technology, never get rust.
