Anvil: 0Cr18Ni9, according to the requirements of GB1220-1992

 

Performance

 

The stapler has a good ability to anastomose, and should be under the pressure more than 3.6*1000Pa, having no leakage and tear; the scale smark should be clear, the pitch error between the scale value and headend should be less than 0.2mm; the point of staple should be sharp, can be inserted into components together with push-nail-tablet, and should not fall after swinging; the safety should be easy to open and close and can be used safely; the spring should be flexible enough to return to original position after loosing,; the push-nail-tablet should bulge the component plane 1.00+0.25mm; the roughness should be less than 0.8μm.

 

Applicable operation

 

This stapler is suitably used for end-to-end and end-to-side tissue anastomoses in alimentary canal organs such as esophagus, stomach, entera etc.

 

Steps to use

1. Remove the component from sterilized package, rotating component into push-nail-instrument until it is tight enough; then load the mat-cutting-ring into anvil(push the mat-cutting-ring forcefully groove side down, until the upside of ring is in the same level with the anvil )
2. Turn the adjusting knob clockwise until the middle instruction bar(picture2) expose the tail of adjusting knob, then alignment the end of instruction bar with two instrument lines, make the directed triangle between 1.2 and 1.7, and then open the safety, squeeze the active handle to anastomose
3. When extract the stapler,turn the adjusting knob counterclockwise for 2-3 turn ,shake the front of the stapler several times to extract the stapler.

 Notes

1. Stapler should be put down gently,,not collision, do not beat. During the Assembly ,Disassembly, cleaning and disinfection process,avoid cutting and beating with metal.
2. In normal use conditions, the stapler can be used for 80 times, and can be sent back to our company for maintenance after expiration .
3. Examine the integrity of the anastomosed parts ..If the anastomosed parts are not complete ,please make some necessary sutures.
4. When cleaning several staplers at the same time ,they must be placed separately, components are not interchangeable. After cleaning and drying ,coat components with the liquid paraffin oil to make them flexible after assembling.

Complications and adverse reactions

1. Suture fistula: Generally less common in the event of symptomatic and giving of treatment or surgical treatment.
2. Suture bleeding or infection: response to disease administering treatment.

Alerts

1. Staplers are reusable ,the factory non-aseptic packaging, unsealed be disinfected before being used. After disinfection using conventional methods, 2% glutaraldehyde or formalin disinfectant can be disinfected.
2. Suture component is for one-time use,in a non-sterrilized package ,valid for three years.
3. This operation instructions may be not be used as a technical guide for surgical anastomosing operations.
4. This product is only used by qualified doctors with professional training.
