2. Q : How can I get sample and how long will it takes?

    A:  we can make sample fee , but you have to pay the sample fee and the freight  . It usually takes 15 days to produce sample.  And when you place order ,the sample fee will give back to you (the freight don’t give back )

3. Q : What's the MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is one 20' GP container, you can load 150 bikes normally,

   40 bikes per color combination.

4. Q : What's the delivery time?

    A: It will take about 35 days  to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.  For example ,high end shimano parts made in Japan , it often nearly three month .

5. Q : Can I have my own customized product?

    A : Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, etc. are welcome.

6. Q : Do you have quality control?

    A: Yes, every bike will be checked carefully before packing. Our factory pass the ISO 9001 quality system .

7. Q : How about the warranty?

A : Two years warranty for frames since sold. If  any quality problem happen  , please feel free to contact us.
