-Description:
The machine works on the concrete flat platform powered by the motor. The incompact materials are pushed into the forming place by the speed reducing convening and the slider’s repeatedly moving on straight, then the materials push each other to air out.
The continuously working of vibration plate will highly classify the concrete. At the same time, the reaction of pushing materials by slider will move the whole machine go along with the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The concrete slab is forming during the process behind the machine. After maintenance of a few days, it can be cut in to concrete slabs.
The dimension range of the slabs are as bellow: Length is from 4.2m to 18m, width are 600mm,900mm and 1200mm, the thickness is 120mm,150mm,180mm,200mm,250mm, 300mm and 380mm.It became the best and economical choice of the factory who produce high strength hollow core slab for workshop, school, hospital, shopping mall, office building, warehouse and residence.
