Q1. How's your product quality?

Each step of production is strictly Monitored by the Quality Control Team, and there are checking spots for the key.

Production steps to conduct a 100% inspection. 100% Post Test Printing.

After cartridges are manufactured, they will be applied with 100% post-test by printing test pages. Cartridges with a defect will be reworked.

Q2. How to replace the toner?

A. Open the machine and remove the empty cartridge.

B. Shake the toner 3-5 times.

C. Insert the toner into machine.

D. Close the door.

Q3. What should I do if products have problems?

If you receive the goods in found damaged, plz immediately take pictures or video sent to the sales, the sales will reply within 24 hours

Q4. What packing do you use?

Neutral package with airbag or Customized package.

Q5. What is your delivery time?
