TGX-80 Soymilk Making Machine

The machine adopts all 304 stainless steel structure. The double layer heat preservation pulping bucket has no sanitary dead angle, with the clamp type sanitary valve tube, it has the grinding bean dregs finished once, heating the cooking automatically, the operation is simple, fast, safe and reliable, clean and sanitary, beautiful appearance and so on. From 80L soymilk to boiling point, it takes only about 40 minutes to make ,convenient and quick. It is only one person to operate from the pulp to the finished product of tofu once. One machine is multi-purpose, it can produce soya bean milk, soy pudding and bean curd at the same time.

The whole stainless steel structure is made up of TGM-130 grinding bean dregs, slag bucket and steam generator, and the electrical control part controls the temperature of the pulping barrel by the digital temperature control device to control the heating, and the steam package is automatically added to water. First, the soaked soybean is processed by high speed separation mill, and the soybean residue is discharged. The soybean milk produced by steam is heated to get rid of the fishy, homogenized pulp, and the nutritive soy products can be produced by adding auxiliary raw materials to defoaming, emulsifying, solidifying and forming.
