Function and Application

 

 

The stapler is appropriate for removal and anastomase tissue and organoperated-on-gastrointestinal-tract, gynecology, thoracic (pulmonary lobectomy) and pediatric surgery (infantile stomach and intestinal tract).

The product is based on the principle of stapler, using the suture needles to cut and suture the tissue

Steps to use (Note: This Operation Instructions may not be used as a technical guide for surgical anastomosing operations.)

1. Using this product should follow the general principle of stapler.

 

2. This product should beused under the guidance of doctors, who are educated in the professional and technical training

 

3.  It should be carefully examined whether the outer packing and internal packing are broken or not before using.If broken,please don’t use it, and contact with our company representative

 

4. Steps:

 

• Release the active handle to open the two parts of equipment, and then remove the protection cover
• Position the nail retainer on one side of the tissue ,or in the first lumen,.
• Open the active handle fully, position the stapler-storehouse on the other side of tissue or in the second lumen.
• To start from the proximal and put the two parts of equipment together.
• Shut down the active handle completely into the locked state.
• Move the Firing button forward.
•  Replace the firing button to its original position.
• Release the two parts of equipment, replace the used staple-storehouse with a new one for the next use

 

5. After the operation, check the anastomotic port by means of the sutural piece. If hemorrhagic spot is found, it should be sutured to stop bleeding.

 

6. This production is for one patient only, suture cartridge can be changed in the same operation.

 

Note

1. The product has be sterilized by γ-ray, if the sterile barrier has been damaged, shall not be used. "Packaging damaged is strictly prohibited." If damage is found, please contact with the Company representative.
2. The product is for one patient only , shouldn’t be resterilized , Double-handling or resterilization may affect the structural integrity of products and / or may lead to product failure, which could lead to patient injuries, infection or death. Reusing will result in the risk of being contaminated or infect patients or lead to cross-infection.
3. Cartridge must be produced by the Company of the same type of Cartridge specifications. Any other brandis not allowed.
4. Make sure: Model specifications; valid; packaging intact.
5. After firing, be carefulto withdraw ,not use violence or forcibly pull out products.

6. with the air component of the product (no needle) Self-locking, cartridge without needle can not be effective percussion. If need to reuse the stapler in surgical operation, make sure whether cartridge is effectively fired or not for preventing the product from air cartridge , and strong percussion lead to product failure or damage.
7. With damage or suspected damage resulting from falling or improper disposal, should not be used in clinical practice.

 

Contraindication

 

1. Unhealthy Tissue banned.
2. Tissue is too thick or too thin.
3. The prohibition of pulmonary vein for treatment.

 

 

 

Packing, Storage

 

 

1. This product has been sterilized by γ-ray, and is in a sterile state, If the small package does not break the seal and / or is not damaged, It should be used within 3 yeas

 

2. Make sure the product is within the period of validity (three years after sterilized).It is strictly prohibited to use the product beyond the expiration date.

3. This product should be stored in dry, shady and cool , non-corrosive gases and well-ventilated room, of which the relative humidity is not more than 80%.
