Camda Biogas Pre-Treatment System or Biogas scrubber
Applications
The skid-mounted biogas pre-treatment system adopts the dry desulfurization system which is applicable for small industrial devices whose H2S is less than 2000ppm. The biggest skid-mounted pre-treatment system can deal with 650Nm3/h biogas and we suggest it to be used in farmland which will not synchronizes with the nation grid but can equipped with CHP system. In the industrial waste water biogas project, if the devices has to run long time in a day, the H2S is high and has to synchronize with the nation grid, the biogas dry desulfurization system has to be designed specifically.
The functions
The biogas pre-treatment system is independently developed and researched by my company according to the biogas characteristic and the project experience in China. We also takes the foreign biogas pre-treatment design data as a preference. This system can meet the requirements for biogas genset such as stable pressure and suitable temperature. This is a skid-mounted system which can be used to remove sulphur , water and dust, increase and stabilize pressure. Moreover, the automatic control, online testing, gas humidity regulation and gas temperature regulation can be realized.
1. It can reduce solid dust impurities
2. The gas temperature and water vapour can be reduced by its multistage dehydration function
3. The H2S can be removed by the dry desulfurizer
4. The biogas outlet temperature can be regulated to meet the requirement of gas genset.
5. The biogas content can be tested by the equipped online gas testing devices.(Optional)
6. The outlet gas pressure and temperature can be regulated by the advanced control method.
7. The gas flow rate can be automatically tracked according to the genset requirement.
8. This system has the overpressure and overheat alarm and protection function, it can ensure the safe and long operation of the device.
9. The equipped biogas pre-treatment can control the genset with a given calorific
value , it can improve stability and protect the gas collection system.
