This SJ-55 PP shrink wrap packing machine/film blowing machine/plastic garbage bag extrusion machine is suitable for the plastic film as polypropylene PP., which is widely used for packing foodstuff, garment, textile, daily-use articles and industrial products etc.

 

Technical description:

 

1- Screw and barrel: The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel. It is after fine finishing and nitrogen treatment. It has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable service.

 

2- Die head: The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure. It can strengthen the intensity and evenness of plastic film.

 

3- Rotary Die head device: rotary die head can be rotated to left or right 360 angles, it can strengthen the intensity and evenness of plastic film

 

4-Double winding Unit: double winding device is suitable for single layer film roller. It is back to back structure. The winding adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding device, which is driven by torque motor. It is even and smooths rewinding and easy roll changing.

 

5- Knife on winding unit: two knives are installed on the winding unit to cut the film into single layer.

 

7- Electric container: the independent electric container is convenient to operate the machine.

 

8- Frequency Inverter: the main motor is adjusted by frequency inverter; the take-up motor is also adjusted by frequency inverter.

 

9-optional device: air shaft, auto loader, electric meter calculator, corona.
