Q1. Can we get free samples and how long to get the samples?

A: Yes, 3-5 PCS samples are always free, delivery time 1-3 days. If customtomized samples, cost are
various according to your art work, 7-15 days for pre-production sample.

Q2. Could you decorate or label the packaging ?

A: Yes, we have different printing machines , so we can offer various printings:silk screen printing, hot stamping, offset printing, roller printing, etc. And we can label the products according to your specific requirement.

Q3. What about the production lead time ?

A: Without any printing/labeling: around 15 days

    With silk screen printing / hot stamping / labeling: around 15-25 days

Q4. Payment terms?
A: We accept 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery

Q5. How do you control the quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production and test them ,after sample approved, we will begin mass
production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures
after packing.
