Electric arc furnace steel melting furnace is use of electrode arc generated by high-temperature melting ore and metal, the arc temperature is 3000 degrees or more. For melting metal, compared with other steel-making furnaces, EAF process is most flexibility, can effectively remove the sulfur, phosphorus and other impurities, temperature easy to control, small footprint, suitable for high-quality alloy steel smelting. 

Suitable for melting steel, iron, scrap ferroalloy, calcium carbide, silicon carbide, industrial silicon, ferroalloy, scrap cast iron, scrap steel, stainless iron etc. Melting time usually is 1 hour per batch; it can also be continue working, under the function of arc, it can get high melting temperature in minutes.
