200mm thick cold room polyurethane heat insulation panel for cold storage 

Feature of cold room PU insulation panel

1. Polyurethane panels are 100% polyurethane insulation, foamed by high pressure by using BASF foaming material,green to the environment.

 

2. PU panels are foamed by high pressure, our pressure plate can bear the pressure up to 200 ton, even foaming, the whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of  0.021W/(m.k)

 

3. All the PU panels are with fire retardant, reach the B1 hard firing material for the safety.

 

4.  The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, the protect film of the painted galvanized steel is 0.07mm thick, well protect the steel sheet in fine condition.
