Introduction:

 

This Series Barrel Filling Machine is specially designed to produce 3 or 5 gallon barrel drinking water, production line, which is ideal for production for mineral water, distilled water and pure water.  The use of top quality stainless steel guarantees it high-performance resistance of corrosion and easiness of cleaning. With major electrical components coming from SIEMENS and OMRON, and original components for gas path imported from AIRTAC, combined with interior and exterior spray nozzles for cleaning barrels provided by know-how enterprise of American spray companies. This machine is of compact design, high efficiency, accurate and sensitive response and high automation level to ensure its stability and reliability as an entegrated (machine, electricity and gas) full automatic barrel filling line.

 

Principle of the 5 gallon water production line 

 

 

 

 

We produce a complete production line including water treatment, water cleaner, labeling machine, plastic injection machine, blow moulding machine and shrink-wrapping packing machine. The bottle's size can be decided by client.

 

 

 

Application:

 

 

 

This production line can fill mineral water, carbonated drinking, juice and so on. Fit for home water dispensor.
