Leak stopping for Diaphragm Wall, Basement, crack of RC Structural, Underground Garage, Small Holes, Tunnel, Culvert, Underground Channels, etc.

 

 

 

Introduction

A902 Single Component Hydrophobic PU Grout (PU Foam) is designed to stop water leaking through the crack. When liquid urethane reacts with water, it begins to foam and expand to fill the crack. Once the urethane has foamed and expanded inside the foundation crack, water cannot leak into the construction.

 

A902 PU Grout is a single component hydrophobic polyurethane injection resin, which after reaction with water, can expand rapidly to form permanent seals.

 

 

Properties

• Short waiting times during the works. Very reactive with water and can complete foaming process within 1~3 minutes.
• Better crack penetrstion due to low viscosity.
• Better sealing due to great adhesion with concrete.
• High resistance to aggressive chemicals. Can retain its properties when mixed with weak base or weak acid, even with seawater. Permanent repair and long-term flexiblity.

Remark 

1. Wear protective clothing, eye goggles, proper gloves, and footwear.
2. In case it goes into eyes or touch the skin, please wash immediately with plenty water or go to a doctor for further treatment.
3. Store the product in a cool dry place and keep away from flame.
4. When product is being used completely seal is necessary and the product should be used as soon as possible
5. Use Acetone to wash the tools.
