Description

The saliva ABO Blood Grouping Kit (sandwich dye conjugate immunoassay method)can be used for the ABO blood type group. 

Detection without RHD . The cassette can use in the general survey from blood , saliva , tear

mucus, sweat and even in the examination of seminal stain.

The test is used in the bad condition of blood store, such as countryside, inconvenient work

patient at home for needing blood type, baby blood type and so on. the test stain needn’t

any store condition, and can test blood stain after several months or years.

 

Test Principle]

1. test blood(a few blood stain only)

 

The assay starts with a sample blood stain applied by the cotton swab( 10%RBC )to the sample

tube(about 10ul/ml, blood stain is about 0.1cm² and add the diluent 10-15 drops(400ul-500ul/ml)

into the tube, mixing the diluent with sample, then drop mixed samples 5 drops in the well, so

that can react with the corresponding antigen on the surface of the red blood cells (RBC).

 

2. test saliva stain(butt)

Note: before test saliva,the patient must clear his month by pure water carefully for several times.

Take a cotton swab,put into patient’s month and moved so that get some saliva from,take the

Contton swab into a tube,put 10-15 drops(400ul-500ul/ml) diluent into the tube,press the swab

And mixed the saliva with the diluent.so that saliva with diluent mix absolutely, drop 5 drops

Samples into cassette’s well,after 5-10 minutes,you can get the result from.   

 

3. Seminal ,mucus, sweat and sweat stain:

Cut a piece of cloth(or paper)( 0.2cm²) with stain, soaked into tub with diluent(10-15

drops),mixing it enough, then press the diluent of cloth(paper) into the tube, use the mixed

diluent   5 drops into test well.
