1.Q:Are you manufactory or trade company?

    A: We are manufacturer .Our factory located in Guangzhou, China. with rich experience of more than 11 years in window decoration field.

 2.Q:Can provide free samples? How long can I get the samples?

    A: Yes.Usually for five or seven days

 3.Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?

    A:The freight depends on the weight and package size and your area.

 4.Q:How long is the sample lead time?

    A:Sample lead time:5 days, if you don't need customized.

       If you need the products be customized,the sample lead time will be 7 days.

 5.Q:How many colors available ?

    A: We have some standard color as stock.

         We also can supply customer's made color.

 6.Q:Would you produce OEM brand or design?

    A:Yes,we have our designer department, tooling department.

       We can make any OEM products according to your request.

 7.Q:How about your payment term?

    A: (1) 50% deposit,balance 50% payment before shipment.(If the amount is below $10000)
        (2) 30% deposit,balance 70% payment before shipment.(If the amount is  $10000~$20000)
        (3) 30% deposit ,balance 70% payment for B/L copy .(If the amount is above $20000)
        (4) L/C

 8.Q:How would you control your blind quality?

    A: (1) Set specifications and quality standards

Set specifications\\ quality standards and Test method according to the customer’s requests before we place the order ;

        (2) First piece inspection Before mass production,our production manager will do assembly of 500SQM as a test to see the points, with production line leader, tell him the instructions and matters needing attention.  

        (3) 100% Process inspection QC will do 100% inspection to see if there is any irregular assembly problems.  

        (4) 100%Final inspection When one order finished, QA will do 100% inspection of them, to check the functions and appearance.
