Description &Technology

ZY-0601 MB made of compound silica carbon and ethylene, which used to increase strength and toughness by adjusting and control molecular structure to produce nets during compounding of PE, PP products. Specially apply to PE, PP pipes, injection mold product, hollow products, etc. to increase pipes’ tensile strength, compact strength, ring stiffness, resistance of pressure properties.

 

Product Features

• by efficiently control and adjust molecular structure in compounding process to increase compact strength and tensile strength.

• decreasing shrinking rate while increase product’s flexure resistance, wear resistance, toughness in low temperature.

• apply to PPR pipe to decrease adhesive in die head which making piper gloss and smooth on surface.

Application

Recommended dosage 8% could increase compact strength 20%

Added 2%-5% to PPR pipe could efficiently decrease adhesive in die head.

 

Package and Storage

• Package: 25kg/ PP woven bag, with inner PE bag.

• Storage: with packing perfect in cool and dry place.
