Shipping:
Shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard means of delivery. Requests for express mail service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates. Choosing Quick Delivery or 3-Day Delivery does not mean that your order will be delivered in 3 days from the time you place your order. Selecting any of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 3-5 days after our Order Processing Department has verified and processed your order, but same day shipping is not guaranteed. MAQNSCO reserves the right to send packages in the "best way" according to the sender's delivery times.
1: Can we ask for a sample for inspection?
Samples can be requested for testing and approval. Sample charges will be quoted based on item, quantity, design, special requirements, etc. The production time for samples is usually 5 days, depending on the product, specifications, model, design, etc.
2: What payment options are available
Payments can be made via Money Gram, TT Bank Transfer, Western Union, PayPal , and LC Letter of Credit. Other payment options can be arranged according to the agreed terms and the products ordered.
3: What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 5 pieces of each item. Special arrangements can be made and offered for small, trial or trial orders.
4: How about the packing?
Standard plastic bag packaging is offered for each product shipped. We also offer custom packaging that will have an additional charges depending on the type of required packaging. If you have a special packaging request, please let us know and we will help you customize accordingly.
5: Do you offer OEM service?
We offer OEM custom design and logo to our clients. Custom logo can be placed on each product as per customer specifications as well as special design requested according to customer's instructions.
6: What is your delivery time?
Delivery times are based on the quantity ordered. Small orders are generally produced and shipped within 10-15 days. Delivery times for oversized orders are confirmed once the order is placed based on the quantities required.
