was founded in 1945. Through excellent result with manufacturing of high quality plastic packaging bags over all these years, Lean Lee has become a One-Stop-Solution for highly-customized plastic packaging and achieved a production output of 1,400 tonnes per Month. We have expanded our manufacturing facilities to over 6.5 acres of land covering the production , quality control, warehousing and trading of plastic resin, and we are increasing two more production plant in 2022. We adopt solar energy solutions since 2017 to help minimize global warming by generating over 2million kWh of clean energy annually, reducing carbon emission by 1,482 tonnes or planting 7,410 trees every year.

1. Why should I choose LEAN LEE over the others?
We have more than 75 years experience in plastic packaging manufacturing, equipped with advanced machines and always deliver gold-class customer services. We hear and focus on customer needs and are dedicated to deliver beyond customer's satisfaction. With us, you will only get products with good quality made to application, affordable price and prompt lead time with good planning.

2. Can you produce customized/OEM products ?
Yes, we are specialized in producing highly customized products with various style, shapes, colors, printing design etc. If you need advice on custom made plastic packaging, we are the right person to engage with!
3. What is your MOQ for customized/OEM products ?
One full 20ft container MOQ is 12 to 14.5 tonnes, but the good news is that we accept MOQ as low as 3 tonnes by arranging a loose cargo. Exact MOQ would depend on many factors including the size, style, design printing and more. We shall advise the number of pieces as per your product specification and MOQ in KG.
For standard items/ready stock items, our MOQ starts as low as 1 carton.
4. Can you provide samples for customized products ?
Yes, we are more than happy to provide samples.
Purpose of sample:
i) To see and test our product quality
- Should you accept our ready samples with the same product application/quality but different size from your requirement, we offer Free of Charge (FOC) samples with courier charges based on market rate.
ii) To see the samples of exact size and specification required
A sample fee and courier fee will be applied. The sample fee will be fully waived upon order confirmation.
For courier charges on samples, there are 2 options:
i) We will arrange the courier to pick up and samples will be delivered to your doorsteps.
ii) Customers arrange own courier to pick up from our warehouse.
5. What services and support can you provide ?
Pre-sales service:
- First of all, we will assign a dedicated account manager to engage with your enquiry. The information that we need include bag type, size, thickness, material, quantity preferred, design printing (colours and printing area) and delivery address.
- After a full understanding of your enquiry, we shall provide a most suitable packaging solution and offer a quotation to meet your cost budget and needs.
- If negotiation is required, we shall try our best to meet your needs until a win-win situation has met.
Sales Engagement service:
- If samples development is required, we shall send you samples (refer to FAQ #4) and get your confirmation before mass production.
- We will actively engage with you until the goods have safely arrive to your hands.
After-sales service:
- Should the products received could not perform its intended purpose, such as defect due to quality issue, we shall take up the responsibility to investigate and provide solutions to our customers.
- Should you would like to repeat order, we shall support you at anytime, including an improved version of your orders (if required).
