Q2:How long is your delivery time?

 A:Generally it is 5-7 working day if the goods are in stock, or it is 20-30 days if  goods are not in  stock. It is according to the ordered quantity.

Q3: With the product certification does your factory have? And the certifications for     which country?

 A: We have ACS certification for France, EN817 AND EN1111 for European countries,  and Warter Mark for Oceanian countries.

Q4: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products.

 A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in faucet industry, with    more than  10 years experience. We can make customized products especially for you.

Q5: What is your terms of payment?

 A: 30% TT in advance, balance before shipments. If you have another questions,  please feel  free to contact us.

Q6. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent , we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

 Q7. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

 Q8. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q9. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

 Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
