Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a gift leading company in Taiwan and have own manufacturer in Shenzhen providing one-stop service from Design, Sourcing, Manufacture to Delivery.
Q: Where is the origin of Wood you used?
A: As an NHLA member, we use legally planted wood with a certificate of origin from sustainable forests in Europe, the USA, Canada, and New Zealand.
Q: Can you print logo or customize design?
A: We don't accept engraving logo on our existing Wooderful lifeTM product; but a co-branding customized design is negotiable with MOQ 1,000pcs per design.
Q: What is your Term of Payment?
A: T/T 70% deposit upon Proforma Invoice; 30% balance before shipment.
Q: Do you have a MOA restriction?
A: Yes, our MOA requirement is USD6,000.
Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: No, sample will be 2 times FCA price at charge with freight cost but will get a refund of sample charge if your first order reached to MOQ.
Q: Are your products in compliance with Children Product regulations?
A: No, Wooderful lifeTM product is collectible gift, suitable for adult above 14; no relevant tests are conducted for children product compliance.
Q: Do you have distributors in global markets?
A: Yes, we've been selling Wooderful lifeTM product in global markets covering 25+ countries in US, France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Qatar…etc.
