Q1.How long can my extensions last? 

A:Within proper care and regular wear, it can last over 12 months. 

Q2.What kind of product
should I use ? 

A:1.Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.Keep it clean and brush it softly.

2.Use good quality shampoo

and hair conditioner . It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny. 

3.You could use styling products such as gel or spray to style the hair. 

4.Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy. 

5.Remember to keep the hair away from all sources of
excessive heat. 

Q3.Why are my hair extensions getting tangled? 

A: It could be caused by dry hair.Pls make sure to wash your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. 

Q4.Is the hair unprocessed? 

A:Yes, the hair is cut from one doner with full cuticle
aligned. No any chemical processing! 

Q5.Why there are some grey hair sometimes? 

A:For virgin hair, we keep it original state. We will carefully pick out the grey hair before packing and make sure your order perfect as far as possible. But please kindly understand there might be a little existing in the bundles sometimes.

Q6.How long will the delivery time be? 

A:We will ship goods within 24hrs after payment. Large order within 2-3 days. 

Q7.Is there any Custom Tax? 

A:Usually we will write lower amount in the invoice to avoid Custom Tax. But there might be some Custom Tax which is not considered into the price and should be paid by buyer due to different policies in difference countries (espeically in South America and Africa) . You could leave a message about how much you want us to put in the invoice when placing your order . 

Q8.How to care your hair? 

A: a. Wash the hair once a week. 

b. Wet hair with water, use a mild Shampoo, rinse and leave to dry. 

c. Comb with a wire brush after dry. 

d. You can perm and dye, but
please remember not to do it frequently and to use the nutrition water. 

e. For the comb, you'd better choose the round with
wide-toothed comb. 

f. Don't make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time. 

g. Don't let the hair dryer blow too close
to the roof of hair. 

h. Don't grasp the root of hair too hard when washing.
