Q:Who pays the sample fee?
A: We do not offer free samples. When your order quantity is more than or equal to the MOQ at least 5000/pcs, we would return
thesample fees. Otherwise, we do not return the sample charges.
Q: How about the sample arrangement?
A: From the date of sample fee received, we would arrange sample within 3-5 working days. If you have requirements like
printingand other special process, sample delivery time maybe extended appropriately.If big order is in emergency, you can order
first and confirm the model before mass production. From the date of production deposit, we could arrange the sample within 3-5
working days. If you have requirements like printing and other special process,
sample delivery time maybe extended appropriately.
Q: What kind of price you quote?
A: Our quotation is FOB Sialkot port price. If customers have their own forwarder, they can come to our company to take deliveryor
we can transport to the designated place. If customers have no forwarder, our forwarder would take but the freight should bepaid
by our customer attached on the final payment.

A: We are the manufacturer with direct import and export licenses.
