  We have fine quality customer service. When customer inquiry is find, we will contact and confirm all the details. Then show the full design picture free to customers. If confirmed, we will producte the sample and check it before shipped. When sample is received, we will note all customers' suggestion and do the bulk sample for customer. After getting customer confirm, we will start production and inspect it again before shipped. We also have good after sales service and we are online 24 hours to reply any question.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a both manufacturing factory and trading company, we specialize in outdoor stuff.

Q2: What's your main items?
A: We produce many kinds of knitted (Sportswear, Fitness and Yoga Wear, Gym Accessories, Martial Arts , Gloves , Motorbike Jacket ,ETC)
Q3: Can I have the clothing with my own logo/label/tags?
A: Sure, you can, as long as you can provide us our digital file and size of your logo/label/tag. Customize any templates with your colors, fonts, and sponsor logos throughout the design. You can also create matching Axes, Damascus Knives, Stainless Steel Knives And Leather Accessories etc. All Products 100% 'made-to-order', so you can create own design and email us the PDF or AI format files. You can add your logos, names and numbers for no extra cost.

Q5: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 100-200 pcs per style . We can negotiate with each other about our minimum quantity, also we can accept small order. The quantity is bigger  the price is lower. Hope you can understand.

Q6: What’s your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are L/C,T/T Western Union, and Money Gram. You need to pay 50% of total value as deposit in advance, 50% of total value will balance before shipment. 

Q 7: If I only have a Picture, can you provide OEM Service?
A: Yes, please tell us your detailed request and target price, professional suggestion will be offered. And samples are available before bulk order.

All of our products are made individually. The manufacturing of your product only begins after you submit your order. This enables you to create your design and choose the features as you wish.

Q 8: What about your delivery Time? Can we receive our Goods on time?
A : Generally 3 – 4 days after you confirm the sample's quality for customized order. Exact delivery time depends on exact quantity.
We regard client's time as gold, so we'll do our best to deliver goods on time and the delivery time we will committed that will be the exact time.

A: Our professional internal QC team checks all products before shipment. We also produce for some of the largest brand in the world.
