A: * We are honored to offer you samples. New customers are expected to pay for courier costs, free samples for you, this fee will be deducted from the payment for the official order
* About courier costs: You can arrange RPI (remote pick-up) by FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to get samples at our corporate headquarters in Vietnam
Or we inform you of the shipping cost to your address. Then you can pay the freight directly to us via Paypal and we will send samples to your home
Q: Can I use my own logo or design on goods?
A: Yes, we accept logo printing and customized design according to customers' requirements. However, depending on the specific order quantity, it may be free or additional charge

A: About 20 days for the first order and next 15 days for the further orders
