1. What is the process of purchasing goods if you would like to buy?
+ Importer makes order -> Negotiation between Importer & Exporter -> Both of partners have a deal -> Signing contract + PI -> Importer makes deposit-> Waiting for making and loading goods on board for vessel department from Exporter

+  Importer finishes the rest payment after receiving scan of draft BL from Exporter-> Exporter sends full of original docs to Importer in the appropriate time -> Importer receives full docs and takes goods when it is delivered to the required destination.

2. How can we make sure that we will receive the goods with the right specifications as the signed contract?
--> You don’t worry about that, because in the process of producing goods and exporting goods, quality of rice will be inspected strictly by independent surveyors like SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, Cotecna, Vinacontrol, .. and issued the certificates to make insurance for buyer, if rising any problem they will take responsibility for that.

3. How long we will receive goods since making order?
-->After receiving deposit from Importer, we shall start to process your order within 10 – 15 working days with the quanity of 1 – 5 containers, and more than with the bigger quantity, we can negotiate before signing the contract.

4. What is the validity of price? Can we sign the long term contract and keep the price during the contract time?
-->The price validity is within 3 days since date of the quotation.
--> We can sign the long term contract and we will discuss the price per shipment with the current price.

5. Which currency can you accept?
-->We just accept USD and EUR only.


6. The MOQ is 5 containers, but I just want to buy 2 containers in the first shipment, can I do that? Or can I buy 5 containers with 2 or 3 kinds of rice with many kinds of bag?
-->Yes, the MOQ is 5 containers/ each kind of bag/shipment, we offer 5 containers because of best price with this quantity.
Beside that you can also order less than 5 containers of each kind of rice with many kinds of bag, but you have to pay for the extra fee:
The below cost are for your reference if you order PP bag of 50kgs, more cost for other kinds of bag:

- 4 conts: +5 USD/MT

- 3 conts: +10 USD/MT
- 2 conts: +15 USD/MT
- 1 cont : +20 USD/MT

7. Can your company export to Europe or U.S?

-->Yes, we can export to all over the world with our license, but some countries have their own trade barriers, so the importer must make sure that they can pass these barriers.

8. What kind of documents for exporting process?
- Required documents a following:

* Commercial invoice : 1 Original and 3 copies.
* Packing list : 1 Original and 3 copies.
* Certificate of origin issued by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
* Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Plant Protection Department of Ministry of Agriculture.
* Fumigation Certificate: 1 Original and 3 copies.
* Certificate of quantity, quality and weight issued by Exporter/Independent Surveyor.
* Bill of Lading (B/L): Full set of Billing Lading shipped on board marked Freight prepaid.
* Insurance: All risk clause A (if any)
